Salary & Package

£30,225 - £43,851 + uncapped commission

About the Role

We are seeking driven, ambitious individuals to join our high-performing London Life Sciences team.

The Life Sciences team operates from our thriving Cheapside office in central London, benefiting from strong transport links. The team is experienced and filled with sector expertise, specialising in:

  • Pharmaceutical
  • Biotech
  • CRO (Contract Research Organisation)
  • MedTech
  • CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation)

Consultants work closely with diverse organisations, addressing evolving regulations, new technologies, and heightened compliance demands. The team fosters a high-performance culture, with frequent industry networking events that clients value highly.

Three open positions exist as the team expands, capitalising on London’s status as the UK’s fastest-growing Life Sciences hub (accounting for 28% of all UK scientific roles). This role presents a prime opportunity to build a high-performing desk.

  • Driving proactive business development within Pharma, Biotech, CRO, and MedTech organisations.
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting top-tier candidates across all career levels.
  • Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle:
    • Business development
    • Contract negotiations
    • Hiring delivery
    • Placements
    • Post-placement support (aftercare)
  • Consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs through high-performance results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
