Location: Edinburgh

About the Role

In this role, you’ll manage the full 360° recruitment process, from:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and acquiring clients
  • Placing top-tier candidates in roles that align with their career goals

You’ll build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor and go-to recruitment partner.

Using a variety of sourcing channels – including job boards, social media, and professional networks – you’ll identify and engage high-calibre talent across the market.

Your Skills and Experience

You should have:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or a strong background in sales or customer service, with a willingness to transfer these skills effectively.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, confidently engaging with all levels of stakeholders to develop lasting connections.
  • Resilience and tenacity, with a competitive edge to push through challenges and achieve success.
  • A highly goal-oriented mindset, driven by performance targets and motivated by career growth and progression.
