Sector: Marketing & Creative
Salary: Up to £36,000 basic + uncapped bonus
Location: Swindon SN1 1GW (covering Bristol & wider South West region)

Your Role
- Build & Grow Your Desk: Develop a new and expanding market within Marketing & Creative
- Business Development: Win new clients across Bristol & the South West
- Full 360 Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Candidate Sourcing: Attract and engage high-quality marketing & creative professionals
- Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
- Collaborate: Work closely with a high-performing consultant to maximise regional opportunities
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced recruiters (any sector welcome – commercial, tech or professional services backgrounds ideal)
- Strong B2B sales professionals with a passion for building and growing markets
- Confident, resilient communicators who enjoy winning new business
- Self-motivated individuals who thrive with ownership and autonomy
- Team players who want to collaborate and learn from high performers
- An interest in Marketing & Creative markets is a plus
