Salary: £28,000–£39,950 plus uncapped commission (no threshold!)

The Role: Recruitment Consultant
As a 360° Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage your own workload with full ownership. Key responsibilities include:
- Generating new business and selling recruitment services
- Building client relationships—visiting schools, attending events, and understanding hiring needs
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates
- Maintaining your candidate database for future opportunities
- Meeting KPIs and targets while collaborating with sales & compliance teams
- Ensuring seamless onboarding for new placements
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for driven, relationship-focused individuals who enjoy performance-driven environments. Ideal candidates bring:
- Clear motivation, resilience, and ambition
- Experience working towards KPIs and targets (sales or customer-facing roles preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships effectively
- Excellent organisation & attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek feedback
