Are you a Recruitment Consultant looking for new opportunities and a project to embrace and to help implement? For our branch in London, we are looking for a:

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - UK Market

We are looking for a person with the desire to grow and to be a protagonist with all his/her energy in an important process of international growth and development.

Key Responsibilities & Activities:

  • Constantly monitoring the local market and contribute to the development of our business;
  • Identifying and seeking new business opportunities, searching for, evaluating and attracting new Clients, Managing existing ones;
  • Understanding the needs of the Clients in order to establish partnerships of value for both parties;
  • Analysing the HR market and preparing sales reports, always maintaining the correct management and organization of all data and communications;
  • Taking care of the entire search and selection process, from the analysis of the customer's needs to the closing of the selection process.
  • Management of the search process, evaluation and selection of valuable profiles for client companies, through recruiting and consultancy activities (posting of job advertisements, CVs screening, management of interviews with candidates, drafting of candidates’ profiles, Head Hunting, management of final negotiations and the insertion of the final candidate in the company);
  • Communication with the Italian headquarters regarding commercial strategies.

Main requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Business Development Executive/Client management and acquisition and/or Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar position, better if in the HR sector;
  • Fluent English, the knowledge of any extra language will be a plus;
  • Passion for the sales area and recruiting, for new projects and for working in multicultural environments;
  • Flexibility, energy and proactivity;
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational and teamwork skills.

Work location: London (close to Liverpool street)

The remuneration will be discussed in a further step of the selection process. The offer will be competitive and in line with the market average.
