£7k–£20k average fees. No business development. One of our placements is earning around £8k a month in commission just 12 months after joining.

We're partnering with a specialist private staff recruiter that works exclusively with some of the world's most prestigious high-net-worth individuals and families. They recruit across:
- Butlers
- Nannies
- Private Security
- Household & Estate Staff
This is a genuine quality over quantity recruitment role. You'll work with an established, globally distributed client base, so there's no cold business development, and you'll be supported by a dedicated team of resourcers who manage candidate generation. That means you can focus on what you do best—building relationships, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, and assessing personality, motivation and cultural fit to make exceptional matches.

We're looking for someone with 12–18 months+ recruitment experience in a professional or adjacent market. Private staff experience isn't required, but you'll need excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence and a genuine interest in understanding people.
