What You’ll Do:
At Optimus Search, you won’t just have a job – you’ll be building your own business within ours from day one:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing top-tier candidates to winning new clients and making placements.
- Source, interview, and engage candidates using headhunting, networking, and market mapping techniques.
- Establish yourself as a subject matter expert and build lasting professional relationships.
- Negotiate offers, close deals, and smash sales targets.
