We are looking for a driven, commercially minded recruiter to join our team. Proven experience recruiting and cultivating contacts in premium fashion, beauty, and lifestyle is essential. We are seeking an autonomous professional who meets billing/sales targets monthly and proactively develops new business potential. You must exhibit initiative, be a strong team player, enjoy remote work, and possess a commendable work ethic. We also look for ambition—individuals ready to advance in senior roles over time.

The Role
This position encompasses premium fashion (both fashion and non-fashion), beauty, and lifestyle clients. Responsibilities will include managing the full recruitment cycle, nurturing client relationships, and demonstrating deep market knowledge and passion.
- Work across permanent and contract roles, head office positions, and some location/main country-specific assignments.
- Represent KGC Talent professionally, with an assertive, consultative sales approach.
- Attended London meetings periodically—proximity to the city is essential for these occasions.
Primary Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment across premium fashion, beauty, and lifestyle clients, including both contractor and permanent roles.
- Secure and develop high-level professional appointments (manager to executive level) in core head office functions.
- Foster relationships with both clients and candidates within the chosen sectors.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities—building and maintaining a dynamic pipeline for successful placements.
- Stay au courant with market trends spanning fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.

What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a recruitment consultant.
- Strong billing track record with a track record of achieving sales targets and business development.
- Passion for the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sector—market experience required in this niche area.
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven, with a demonstrable appetite for building meaningful careers.
- Excellent organisational skills and remote work adaptability.
- Based within commuting distance to London for meetings.
- Issued with a valid right to live and work in the UK.
- Strong written and verbal English.
Optional: Degree-level education preferred but not essential.
