Interim HR Recruitment Consultant Opportunity

Oxford or Reading based

£28,000 - £35,000 + uncapped commission

Are you an ambitious recruiter looking to build a successful specialist desk within a high-performing HR recruitment business?

We're expanding our Human Resources team and are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to develop and grow a dedicated HR Interim recruitment desk in Oxford and Reading. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a specialist market, build long-term client partnerships, and create a high-performing desk with significant growth potential.

The Opportunity:

Our established HR recruitment desk currently services both Public Sector and Private Sector markets. Due to increasing demand and growth opportunities, we're creating dedicated specialisms to allow greater focus, stronger client engagement, and increased market penetration.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building and developing a specialist HR recruitment desk
  • Winning new business and growing existing client relationships
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to placement
  • Developing networks across Oxford, Reading and the wider region
  • Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
  • Driving profitable growth through a consultative recruitment approach

You'll be commercially driven, relationship-focused and motivated by the opportunity to build a successful specialist desk.
