Job Title: 360 Tech Recruitment Consultant

Location: Reading, United Kingdom.

Salary: Competitive, with uncapped commission and benefits

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic 360 Tech Recruitment Consultant with 2+ years of proven experience in the tech recruitment industry. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong track record in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from business development and candidate sourcing to placement and post-hire client engagement.

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth while building strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment, where your expertise and drive will shape the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and engage new clients in the tech sector, building long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand your client base through networking, market research, and referrals.
  • Negotiate terms of business and manage client expectations.

Candidate Management:

  • Source, screen, and engage top tech talent using various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and personal networks.
  • Conduct detailed interviews to match candidate skill sets with client requirements.
  • Provide career advice to candidates and support them throughout the recruitment process.

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and closing offers.
  • Deliver tailored solutions to both clients and candidates, ensuring successful placements.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies within the tech recruitment industry.

Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and candidates.
  • Provide ongoing post-placement support to ensure satisfaction for both clients and candidates.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by offering market insights, salary benchmarking, and guidance.

Key Skills and Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the tech sector.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the tech recruitment market, including roles in software development, cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, data, and infrastructure.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in achieving revenue targets, managing negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Candidate Engagement: Expertise in identifying and securing top talent, building trust, and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently liaise with senior stakeholders and technical candidates.
  • Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Tools: Proficient in using CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms.
