Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll build trusted relationships with clients and candidates, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced, commercial environment. You'll be responsible for:

Profile

We're open to different backgrounds and experiences, including:

  • Experienced Recruitment Consultants with a proven track record who are ready for their next step.
  • Career changers who see recruitment as an exciting new challenge.
  • Sales professionals with at least 12 months' experience and strong transferable skills.

To succeed, you'll bring curiosity to understand markets, people and hiring decisions. You'll have the tenacity to stay focused in a target-led environment and the accountability to own your results and development.
