At Hunter Philips, we're continuing to grow our Contract Recruitment division and are looking to speak with experienced Recruitment Consultants who want to build a long-term career within one of the world's fastest-growing industries.
The opportunity
This is a genuine 360 recruitment role, giving you the autonomy to develop your own specialist market while working with established clients across the global renewable energy sector.
- Recruit into an industry experiencing sustained growth, partnering with organisations delivering projects across Europe, North America and other international markets.
- Whether your strength is winning new business, developing existing accounts or building exceptional candidate relationships, you'll have the support and freedom to build a successful desk.

What you'll be responsible for
- Developing new business opportunities and growing long-term client partnerships.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across contract assignments.
- Building relationships with specialist professionals within your market.
- Providing consultative recruitment solutions to clients across global markets.
- Developing your own niche and becoming recognised as a market specialist.
- Working collaboratively with a high-performing team while taking ownership of your own success.
