What You'll Be Doing
Building relationships - Connect with schools and educators, understand their needs, and match the right people to the right opportunities. Growing your network - Develop a strong candidate pipeline and expand your client base with expert guidance and support. Becoming a trusted advisor - Engage with school decision-makers and offer tailored recruitment solutions. Keeping up with education trends - Stay informed on what's happening in the sector to provide market-leading insights. Hitting (and exceeding) targets - Drive your own success in a performance-led role where results are rewarded. Who You Are Sales-driven - Whether you've worked in recruitment, sales, or customer service, you thrive in a target-driven environment. 💷 Uncapped Commission Structure
🏖️28 days' holiday + bank holidays plus an extra day for every year you stay (up to 33) and option to buy up to 5 more days (all pro-rata for part time roles)
