Recruitment Consultant | Central London
Ribbons & Reeves are an Education Recruitment specialist, based in London Liverpool Street, and we are looking for a vibrant, proactive new Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team!
Recruitment Consultant
- Base salary starts at £30,000, increasing depending on experience
- Realistic earnings in first year to DOUBLE basic salary
- Uncapped Bonus Structure, with no threshold to get over before earning bonus/commission
- Clear promotion criteria from Day 1, through the transparent Ribbons & Reeves Career Pathway
- Experienced Recruiters and people with proven Sales experience are encouraged to apply
- Inexperienced applicants will be considered for Trainee Recruitment Consultant roles (base salary is £27,500)
- Be supported by an experienced team, giving you the backing and the tools to succeed quickly
- Warm and highly-lucrative areas of London available to work on
- Superb written and spoken English is essential, as is a proactive, opportunistic mindset
