Senior Recruitment Consultant (Technical Recruitment)

London (Hybrid – up to 2 days remote per week)
£30,000 - £40,000 Basic + Uncapped OTE (Approx. £80,000 - £100,000 Package)

Our client is a specialist technical recruitment organisation that partners with businesses across the UK to deliver high-quality permanent and contract recruitment solutions. Working with a broad range of organisations, from innovative start-ups through to established enterprise clients, they help companies attract the technical talent they need to grow.

As part of continued expansion, they are looking to appoint two Senior Recruitment Consultants to join a growing team.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous recruitment experience within Technical, Technology, IT, Digital, Engineering, SaaS or Professional Services recruitment.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to develop lasting partnerships with both candidates and clients.
  • A motivated, ambitious and results-driven approach, with a genuine passion for helping clients solve hiring challenges.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute positively to a team environment.
  • High levels of accountability, professionalism and ownership, regardless of experience or seniority.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
