Job Title: Recruitment Consultant – Salesforce Location: London
We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Salesforce space to join a high-performing team focused on Salesforce CRM, platform delivery, and the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
About the Role You’ll take ownership of a growing desk within the Salesforce market, working with a mix of Salesforce consultancies, implementation partners, ISVs, and enterprise end-users undergoing digital transformation. This is a 360 recruitment role covering the full lifecycle from business development through to successful placement delivery.
Key Responsibilities Build and manage strong relationships with clients hiring across the Salesforce ecosystem Develop new business opportunities across Salesforce partners, consultancies, and enterprise transformation programmes Source, engage, and place high-quality Salesforce professionals across functional, technical, and leadership roles (e.g. Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, Consultants, Business Analysts) Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across permanent and/or contract roles Stay up to date with Salesforce product developments, releases, and ecosystem trends Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets

About You Proven experience in recruitment (ideally within Salesforce, CRM, SaaS, or wider enterprise technology markets) Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its core products Commercially driven with a proven track record of billing success Confident in business development and client relationship management Motivated by autonomy, ownership, and building a long-term desk Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
