ServiceNow (Contract Desk) | London, Cheapside

Hybrid | Salary dependent on experience

Your New Role and Team:

You will specialise in placing ServiceNow professionals across the private sector in London. Your focus will be on building and growing a dedicated ServiceNow contract desk, working closely with clients looking for expertise across the full ServiceNow ecosystem including development, administration, architecture, ITSM/ITOM/HRSD modules, and platform leadership.

Experience in technology contract recruitment is essential, and previous exposure to ServiceNow or adjacent digital transformation markets is highly advantageous. You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from a highly experienced team, including specialist guidance from our Technology Director with 20+ years’ market expertise. While you will benefit from strong existing client relationships, success in this role requires a proactive and strategic approach to business development. A significant part of your time will be spent engaging new clients within the ServiceNow space and promoting our recruitment services through meetings and virtual channels.

Your role will be an equal mix of candidate and client engagement. In a highly competitive and skill-short market, you’ll need to demonstrate innovative ways to attract top ServiceNow talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to appointment and beyond.
