We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity within our Doxford office to take ownership of an established and growing Maintenance desk.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to accelerate your career joining a well-established team enjoying their brand-new office space. You will form an integral part of the successful Doxford Park Construction & Property team, working alongside experienced consultants and leaders who know the market inside out.
This opportunity will suit someone who is naturally inquisitive, thrives in a fast-paced Construction market, and is motivated by the challenge of scaling a high-demand Maintenance temp desk. With strong client relationships already in place and a buoyant market, you’ll have everything you need to drive further growth and success.

The Role
We're looking for a driven Senior Consultant to strengthen our high-performing Construction team in Doxford Park. You'll:
- Develop and grow client relationships across the sector
- Source, interview, and place top talent
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from brief to offer
- Identify market trends & create client-focused solutions
- Hit targets while collaborating with a strong, supportive team
