Recruitment Consultant - Supply Chain & Logistics
Hunter Savage | Belfast | Hybrid
Hunter Savage is expanding into Supply Chain and Logistics and we are looking for a commercially sharp Recruitment Consultant to help us build this desk from a position of real strength. With an established client base and a team of experienced consultants already operating across the island, this is a fantastic platform to launch or develop a specialised recruitment career.
You will work with businesses who depend on seamless supply chains, helping them find the procurement, logistics, and operations professionals that keep things running.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and developing a supply chain and logistics recruitment desk across NI and ROI
- Managing full-cycle recruitment across procurement, warehousing, transport, operations, and logistics management
- Developing strong client relationships and becoming a trusted market specialist
- Leveraging Hunter Savage's All-Island network to open doors quickly

Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from candidates with:
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations AND/OR a background in recruitment
- A strong commercial mindset and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ambition, resilience, and a genuine desire to build a high-performing desk
- Qualification to HND/Degree level and/or a professional qualification (desirable)
