Technology Recruitment

Cardiff HQ | Hybrid (3 days in office) £30,000 - £50,000 DOE + uncapped commission

We're growing the Technology team at Yolk and looking for someone who wants more than just another recruitment job.

This is an opportunity to join an established team with a strong reputation across Technology, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cyber Security and Software Engineering. You'll have the freedom to build your own market, develop client relationships, and create a desk that genuinely feels like your own.

Whether your background is primarily permanent recruitment or contract, we're open-minded. We'll play to your strengths while helping you broaden your skillset if that's something you're interested in.

Equally, if you've built a successful career in sales, account management or business development and fancy applying those skills in recruitment, we'd love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We're ambitious, but we're not interested in KPI theatre. We care about activity, standards and results, but we trust people to manage their own desks.
