The Role
This is a high-impact consultant position focused on Creative, Social & Content talent recruitment.
- Oversee multiple recruitment streams for freelance creative roles across FMCG, Food & Drink brands and agencies.
- Must have proven experience in freelance/temporary recruitment.
- Preferred but not essential: Specialized experience in our sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Fast-paced environment: spin multiple plates with agility and assertiveness.
- Maintain strong competitor health in new business development.
- Conduct high-execution hiring, excelling at deft candidate control & line manager rapport.
Mandatory for success:
- Solid recruitment expertise, particularly in freelance talent.
