Recruitment Consultant - Tax
London
Salary: DOE + up to 50% commission on your billings

Our London Tax team is continuing to grow, and we're looking for an experienced recruiter to join one of the UK's most respected specialist tax recruitment businesses.
This isn't about building a desk from scratch.
It's about taking ownership of an existing portfolio of long-standing client relationships, working with some of the biggest names in the market and helping exceptional tax professionals progress their careers.
If you enjoy building relationships, managing accounts and delivering an outstanding recruitment service, you'll love this role.

You'll join an experienced, collaborative team that shares knowledge, celebrates success and genuinely enjoys what they do.
The role
- Managing and developing existing client relationships
- Recruiting qualified tax professionals across London and the South East
- Advising clients on hiring strategy and market trends
- Building long-term relationships with candidates throughout their careers
- Managing the full recruitment process from brief through to offer
- Growing revenue through outstanding service rather than cold business development
What we're looking for
- Already be working in a 360 recruitment role and have a track record of building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Might currently recruit within professional services, finance, legal or another specialist market, or perhaps you already recruit tax professionals.
- Most importantly, you'll be someone who:
- Has recruitment experience in a 360 agency environment
- Enjoys developing long-term client relationships
- Delivers an exceptional candidate and client experience
- Is commercially minded and motivated by success
- Wants to join a business with an established market presence rather than build a desk from scratch
- Is looking for genuine long-term career progression within a specialist recruitment business
