Iβm partnering with a high-performing, fast-growing tech recruitment business thatβs looking to add multiple consultants across Junior, Consultant, Senior and Lead level. If you want a genuine career move β not just another recruitment job β this could be worth a conversation.

π― The role A true 360 recruitment role where you will: Win and develop new business Build long-term client & candidate relationships Own your market (UK, US or Europe depending on experience) Deliver full recruitment lifecycle from BD β placement Develop market expertise within tech / tech-enabled sectors
π Who theyβre looking for Proven 360 recruiters (tech preferred, but not essential) Open to junior consultants with strong drive & resilience Successful billers who can explain their process & deal journey Phone-first, relationship-led mindset People who thrive in scale-up / high-growth environments GTM / Tech / International market exposure is a plus Language skills (especially European) beneficial
