Recruitment Consultant / Technical Recruiter London to £35k + OTE
Ready to take your recruitment career to the next level? Join us at Client Server, a growing, technology focused recruitment consultancy in the heart of London's Financial District. We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to help source top-tier talent and develop client relationships at tech start-ups, software houses and financial organisations across the UK, with a focus on London markets.

What You'll Do:
- You'll deliver high-calibre technologists to meet client needs in technology roles
- You'll manage and develop client relationships and grow your own portfolio (accelerating your commission as you contribute to business development)
- You'll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement (with support from advertising and marketing teams)
- You'll meet and exceed KPIs, contributing to the team's success with a focus on quality service
What We're Looking For:
- You have previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (tech or similar sectors)
- You have a competitive and determined mindset
- You have strong time-management skills and ability to deliver against KPIs
- You're client focused with a consultative and ethical approach to recruitment
