Recruitment Consultant / Technical Recruiter Esher, Surrey to £35k + OTE Ready to take your recruitment career to the next level? Join one of our high performing, tech aligned teams at Client Server, a technology focused recruitment consultancy with fantastic office backing on to Sandown racecourse. After a hugely successful financial year, we looking to grow the team; you'll join a warm desk with plenty of opportunity to hit the ground running. Having recently hit our annual target we paid out over £1 million in commission in the last financial year with multiple consultants billing over £250k. What's in It for You? What You'll Do: You'll deliver high-calibre technologists to meet client needs in technology roles You'll manage and develop client relationships and grow your own portfolio (accelerating your commission as you contribute to business development) You'll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement (with support from advertising and marketing teams) You'll meet and exceed KPIs, contributing to the team's success with a focus on quality service What We're Looking For: You have previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (tech or similar sector) You have a competitive and determined mindset You have strong time-management skills and ability to deliver against KPIs You're client focused with a consultative and ethical approach to recruitment Why Apply?
