Recruitment Consultant - Technology desk

Technology team | Bristol - BS1 6DZ
Hybrid | Salary dependant on experience

We are seeking an experienced, sales-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Technology team in our Bristol office. We are currently looking to hire 4x consultants, each specialising in one of the following areas: Data Science & Machine Learning, Cyber Defence, Cyber (regional) and Systems Engineering within Defence.

About the Role

As a 360 Consultant, your primary focus will be to develop and nurture relationships within both large and small organisations. You will actively seek out and meet with Recruitment teams, Directors, line managers, and other key stakeholders. You will be recruiting the best and most experienced candidates for contract roles within this busy sector. The desk available in this market has derived its success from developing meaningful relationships with our clients, beating sales targets on a regular basis with genuine potential to grow more.

Your New Team

The Bristol team are one of the highest performing teams in the UK. Situated centrally (close to Temple Meads), the office has recently been designed with an agile feel to complement our Hybrid working policy. In the last 12 months, the office have delivered multiple records across the 15 industries they cover.

The high performing team consists of 50+ consultants which are all committed to working hard and doing the right thing. They work closely with local communities, in recent months they have worked on employability projects with local charities, donated equipment to schools, carried out employment workshops to school leavers, Ukrainian Refugees and local colleges, to name a few.

Outside of the excellent results they produce, the team also do a lot outside of work, from BBQ’s to Bake Off’s, from Quizzes to inter-team competitions. They run an array of incentives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, rewarding excellent results and contribution across the team.

What You’ll Bring

Due to the fees already in the area and the potential we have here, to be successful you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • You will have 12 months' experience as a Recruitment Consultant or above as well as a proven track record in business development.
  • You will be a highly driven, ambitious, and inspiring individual who can drive success in those around you and navigate the highs and lows of recruitment with resilience.
