Recruitment Consultant or above Salesforce (Contract Desk) | London, Cheapside Hybrid | Salary dependent on experience
Your New Role and Team: You will specialise in placing Salesforce professionals across the UK. Previous experience within recruitment is not necessary. However, your role will be an equal mix of candidate and client engagement. In a highly competitive and skill‑short market, you’ll need to demonstrate innovative ways to attract top Salesforce talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to appointment and beyond.
You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from a highly experienced team, including specialist guidance from our Technology Director with 20+ years’ market expertise. While you will benefit from strong existing client relationships, success in this role requires a proactive and strategic approach to business development. A significant part of your time will be spent engaging new clients within the Salesforce space and promoting our recruitment services through meetings and virtual channels.
Your objectives will focus on three key themes: Be visible and build relationships across the Salesforce market Convert candidate relationships into client relationships Establish a reputation as a true subject matter expert within Salesforce recruitment

Sourcing new candidates and conducting thorough interviews – utilising our world-class CRM database system and a variety of additional Recruitment tools. Handling the full recruitment process - from shortlisting through to offering the successful candidate their new job and supporting them through the on-boarding process.

Due to the fees already in the area and the potential we have here, to be successful you will need to meet the following criteria: You will have 12 months' experience as a Recruitment Consultant or above as well as a proven track record in business development. You will be a highly driven, ambitious, and inspiring individual who can drive success in those around you and navigate the highs and lows of recruitment with resilience.
