We’re currently looking for an experienced 360 recruiter with a Technology background looking to accelerate their recruitment career and performance!
We're credible and respected by our clients for providing full end to end talent solutions through contingency, SOW and solution selling.
This recruitment role will be a full cycle 360 involving:
- Strategic Business Development: Drive growth within your market by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing key accounts, and developing long-term client partnerships. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and providing tailored recruitment and workforce solutions.
- Candidate management: Source, engage, and represent high-calibre candidates through proactive headhunting, market mapping, referrals, and targeted networking. Maintain deep candidate relationships to build strong, sustainable pipelines in your niche.
- Market Leadership & Insight: Establish yourself as a market expert by staying ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor movements. Contribute to thought leadership through market reports, networking events, and client consultations.
- Performance, Strategy & Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets while contributing to team objectives. Provide strategic input on market growth, business development initiatives, and brand positioning within your sector.
