Recruitment Consultant or above

Contract Technology desk | London, Cheapside

Hybrid | Salary dependant on experience

Your New Role and Team

You will specialise in placing Technology professionals across the private sector in London. The specific technology vertical will be determined following interview or dependant on your background as we are hiring 6x consultants across multiple areas of our Technology practice.

Experience in technology contract recruitment is essential. On top of this, you’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from a highly experienced team, including specialist guidance from our Technology Director with 20+ years’ market expertise. You’ll also benefit from strong existing client relationships, but success in this role requires a proactive and strategic approach to business development. A significant part of your time will be spent engaging new clients and promoting our recruitment services through meetings and virtual channels.

Your role will be an equal mix of candidate and client engagement. In a skill-short market, you’ll need to demonstrate innovative ways to attract top Technology talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to appointment and beyond.

Your objectives will focus on three key themes:

  • Be visible and build relationships in the respective technology market
  • Convert candidate relationships into client relationships
  • Establish a reputation as a true subject matter recruiting expert

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
