Recruitment Consultant (Cyber - Contract)
Location: Birmingham Flexibility: Hybrid working Salary: Dependent on experience
About the Role
We are seeking a sales-driven, experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Technology team in Birmingham, focusing on Cyber Security (Contract) placements.
As a 360 Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and nurturing relationships with large and small organisations across the Midlands—including Recruitment teams, Directors, line managers, and key stakeholders
- Actively prospecting and engaging with organisations to secure top talent in the Cyber Security sector
- Recruiting the best and most experienced contract professionals, leveraging strong client relationships while regularly exceeding sales targets
- Fostering long-term partnerships to drive growth and success in a dynamic sector
