Job Description: Recruitment Consultant – Technology Desk
Location: Technology team | Bristol – BS1 6DZ (Hybrid) Salary: Salary dependant on experience
We are seeking an experienced, sales-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Technology team in our Bristol office. We are currently looking to hire 4x consultants, each specialising in one of the following areas:
- Data Science & Machine Learning
- Cyber Defence
- Cyber (regional)
- Systems Engineering within Defence
About the Role
As a 360 Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to develop and nurture relationships with larger and smaller organisations, engaging with:
- Recruitment teams
- Directors
- Line managers
- Other key stakeholders
You will:
- Actively seek out and meet targets within recruitment teams and Georgian
- Recruit the best and most experienced candidates for contract roles within this sector.
- Maintain a successful track record in selling services, client relations, and relationship maintenance—positions strengthened through benchmark targets and a growing reputation.
Your New Team
The Bristol team is one of the highest-performing teams in the UK. The centrally located office (near Temple Meads) has recently adopted an agile design to support our hybrid working policy.

- Consistently surpassed targets across 15 diverse industries, establishing UK records in the last 12 months.

Key Responsibilities
- Multiple stakeholder engagement: Establish and foster new business partnerships with candidates and clients.
- Full-cycle recruitment process management:
- Sourcing and screening new candidates using CRM/database tools.
- Collaborating with clients throughout placements.
- Career development & support:
- Onboarding assistance for new employees.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
- A proven ability in business development.
- A highly driven, ambitious, and inspirational mindset.
- Resilience to navigate the ups and downs of recruitment.
