Harmonic are hiring high-achieving graduates throughout 2026 to help us expand into new and exciting markets across the UK start-up and scale-up ecosystem.

The Role:
Community Analyst is the first stage of Harmonic’s career development programme. The role combines:
- Market mapping and sector research
- Direct business development with founders and finance leaders
- Building and owning a specialist candidate network
- Negotiation and commercial deal structuring
- Brand building and content creation within your niche

You will develop deep expertise in a defined marketplace and take ownership of growing Harmonic’s presence within it. Performance is measured through clear, structured targets during training. The environment is competitive but collaborative. Those who thrive are driven, analytical and energized by measurable progress.
We treat early career development seriously. The expectation is rapid progression for those who perform. Average time to first promotion is 3–6 months and typical timeline to leadership responsibility: 18–24 months.
Training & Development
Your first 12 weeks consist of a structured training programme covering: commercial communication, negotiation strategy, market analysis, recruitment operations and compliance, CRM and data integrity. Following this, you will receive ongoing coaching from a dedicated in-house development lead, alongside access to a comprehensive online learning platform.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a niche candidate community through phone and face-to-face business development
- Develop relationships with CFOs, founders, investors and senior stakeholders
- Source and deliver candidates for live vacancies
- Identify and convert hiring leads
- Maintain high-quality CRM data and market intelligence
- Create original market-specific content and marketing materials

The Essentials
- Strong academic track record (2:1 or above preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Analytical and lateral thinking ability
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Creativity and commercial curiosity
- Prior paid work experience (part-time or full-time)
