What They're Looking For
- 3+ years' 360 recruitment experience
- Proven track record of winning new business
- Experience growing and developing existing client relationships
- Consistent billing performance and evidence of success
- Experience in the following sectors would be advantageous but isn't essential:
- Engineering
- Automotive
- Aerospace
- Drones & UAV
- Civil Engineering
- EV Charging
- Automation
- Renewables
- Software
