Medical Recruitment Consultant – All Levels Welcome to Apply

Remote UK | Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonus

We have a range of salaries depending on experience from £28,000-£32,000. OTE once established £40,000-£70,000.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Medical Recruitment Consultant to support the ongoing growth of our established healthcare recruitment division. You'll focus on sourcing and engaging healthcare professionals for specialist assessment roles, working with both candidates and clients throughout the hiring journey.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Source and engage healthcare professionals across the UK
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
  • Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment journey
  • Support candidates from initial enquiry through to onboarding
  • Work closely with key client accounts to understand hiring requirements
  • Conduct candidate screening and suitability assessments
  • Coordinate interviews and selection processes
  • Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients
  • Maintain accurate records within recruitment systems
  • Contribute to team objectives and business growth initiatives

You'll act as a trusted recruitment partner, ensuring a positive experience for candidates while helping clients secure high-quality healthcare professionals.

Previous recruitment experience within healthcare, medical, clinical, or allied health recruitment is essential. We're looking for individuals who can confidently engage healthcare professionals, build strong candidate relationships, and deliver an exceptional recruitment experience. Most importantly, you'll be relationship-focused, resilient, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced specialist recruitment environment.
