What You’ll Be Doing
Business Development
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the healthcare market
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Conducting sales calls, client meetings, networking, and market research
- Growing existing accounts and maximising revenue opportunities
- Creating and implementing strategies to expand your desk

360 Recruitment
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from attraction to placement
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding healthcare professionals
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality candidates
- Matching candidates to client requirements and ensuring excellent service delivery
- Managing compliance, documentation, and ongoing candidate engagement
Account Management
- Developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Understanding staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
- Ensuring a smooth, positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining high service standards and strong retention level

Ideally, You’ll Bring
- Previous recruitment, sales, or business development experience
- A strong commercial mindset and confidence in generating new business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, resilient, and ambitious approach
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
