Recruitment Consultant

Ainsworth Recruitment is supporting a client that is growing, and looking for a driven, people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants the opportunity to grow their own desk within a supportive agency.

What You’ll Be Doing

Business Development

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the healthcare market
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
  • Conducting sales calls, client meetings, networking, and market research
  • Growing existing accounts and maximising revenue opportunities
  • Creating and implementing strategies to expand your desk

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from attraction to placement
  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding healthcare professionals
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality candidates
  • Matching candidates to client requirements and ensuring excellent service delivery
  • Managing compliance, documentation, and ongoing candidate engagement

Account Management

  • Developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Understanding staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
  • Ensuring a smooth, positive experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintaining high service standards and strong retention level

Ideally, You’ll Bring

  • Previous recruitment, sales, or business development experience

  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
