Recruitment Delivery Consultant – Tech & Engineering

Peaple Talent are looking for an experienced Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our growing Account Management team.

The Role
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well-established, growing 270 team, supporting a mix of new and existing clients across Tech and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality candidates in Tech & Engineering roles, using modern sourcing techniques
- Own and manage an engaging candidate journey from first contact to placement
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with candidates and clients
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to align role requirements and expectations
- Support account growth through market mapping, insights, and identifying new opportunities within existing clients

Requirements
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have a proven track record in delivery-focused recruitment
- Ideally have experience in Technology or Engineering recruitment
- Are passionate about building long-term client & candidate relationships
- Take pride in exceptional service standards for both parties
- Enjoy a collaborative, office-based environment with value on face-to-face interaction

Salary & Progression
We offer transparent salary structures with clear promotion pathways:
- Delivery Consultant: £25,000 – £30,000
- Senior Delivery Consultant: £30,000 – £35,000
