Recruitment Consultant – USA Data Center Construction
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne Salary: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Hours: Office-based Monday–Thursday (12:00pm–9:00pm) | Work from home Friday (12:00pm–6:00pm)

- Build strategic relationships with top-tier talent and clients
- Manage recruitment processes from initial contact to offer acceptance
- Develop expertise in the fastest-growing construction sector worldwide
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers on critical infrastructure projects
