Recruitment Consultant – Public Practice
Salary: Competitive + Uncapped Commission
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Public Practice team.
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing business with a strong client base, where you’ll have access to live roles from day one and the tools, training, and support to succeed quickly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle within the Public Practice market
- Building and developing relationships with accounting firms and finance professionals
- Sourcing and placing high-quality candidates across tax, audit, and advisory roles
- Managing client requirements and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
- Driving business development and growing your own desk

- Previous recruitment experience (preferred but not essential)
- Ambitious, competitive, and target-driven mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
