Recruitment Consultant – AI Engineering (Swedish Market)

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission (Up to 40%)

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Swedish AI Engineering desk.

You'll inherit a hot desk with live vacancies from day one, working with clients actively hiring AI/ML Engineers across Sweden. With an average placement fee of £15,000, you'll have every opportunity to hit the ground running and build a highly profitable market.

The Opportunity

You'll specialise in recruiting AI and Machine Learning professionals, partnering with some of the most exciting startups and scale-ups in the Nordic tech market.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across the Swedish AI Engineering market
  • Building relationships with AI/ML Engineers and technical leaders
  • Developing existing client accounts while winning new business

  • Becoming a recognised specialist within one of the fastest-growing technology sectors

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

  • Recruitment experience (technology recruitment is advantageous but not essential)
  • A strong work ethic and commercial mindset
  • Confidence building relationships with clients and candidates
  • The drive to build a specialist market
  • Ambition to grow your earnings and career

Experience recruiting into the Nordic market or AI/Data sector would be a bonus, but attitude and potential matter more.
