Senior | Principle | Managing Recruitment Consultants (Healthcare & Life Sciences) – Full-Time, Office-Based
Locations: Portsmouth (Cosham) | Manchester | Leeds

About the Role
We’re looking for experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our award-winning Healthcare & Life Sciences recruitment teams. Own your desk, cultivate key client relationships, and drive the expansion of the sector in the UK (with global opportunities in development).
Key Areas of Expertise:
- Compass Associates – Healthcare, Social Care, and Children’s Services
- Carrot Recruitment – Pharma and Life Sciences
- Consult – Health and MedTech

Responsibilities
As a key player in our dynamic teams, you will:
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships in Healthcare, Life Sciences, and MedTech
- Source and attract top-tier talent, conducting interviews and candidate assessments
- Develop new business opportunities while running your own recruitment desk
- Leverage structured training, coaching, and mentorship to accelerate career progression
- Own your desk—treating recruitment like a mini-business with structured success pathways

- Industry-leading commission starting at 15%+ (uncapped)
- Clear wood (Consultant → Manager → Director level)
