Education Recruitment Consultant

£28,000 - £34,000 base salary depending on experience plus £5k to £20k extra in OTE

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building strong relationships - engage with schools and educators to understand their needs and create the perfect matches.
  • Expanding your network - grow a strong database of talented educators and trusted school partnerships.
  • Becoming an expert - stay ahead of education trends to provide market-leading recruitment solutions.
  • Delivering exceptional service - ensure the highest quality standards in matching educators to schools.
  • Achieving success - hitting and exceeding targets where your successes and results are rewarded.

Who You Are

  • Sales focused - your experience in recruitment, direct sales, or customer service means you excel in a performance-driven environment to meet targets.
  • People-centric - you love building strong, lasting relationships by talking to people and thrive in a social, dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
  • Resilient - you see obstacles as opportunities and stay motivated and proactive in a fast-paced setting.
