Recruitment Consultant - Technology

Reed Edinburgh | Hybrid Working | £27,500-£35,500 DOE (Sales Background) | £32,500-£39,500 DOE (Recruitment Experience) + Uncapped Commission

What you'll be doing

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong client and candidate relationships while growing your specialist technology market across Edinburgh and the wider Scottish region.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing new business and growing client accounts
  • Building relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
  • Sourcing, interviewing and placing technology professionals
  • Negotiating terms and managing the recruitment process
  • Driving revenue growth across your desk
  • Developing expertise within the Scottish technology market
