£25,000–£30,000 base | £40,000 Y1 OTE (uncapped)
The opportunity
This is a chance to build a genuine career in tech recruitment, not just take a job. You'll join a specialist agency that builds Go-To-Market teams for some of the most exciting names in AI, data, cloud, cybersecurity, fintech, and martech. With over 25 years in the business, they know exactly how to develop recruiters into top billers.
What the job actually involves
- From day one, you'll be trained to recruit elite talent across software sales, sales engineering, and technical markets.
- You'll work with fast-growing and enterprise tech businesses across the UK, Europe, and the USA, helping them scale their commercial teams.
- Structured training and clear progression mean strong performers move up fast, in both responsibility and earnings.
