Marketing Recruitment Consultant – Soho (Hybrid, 3 Days a Week, London)
About the Role
We’re seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our marketing team, focusing on junior-to-mid-level roles across client-side sectors.
This is a warm desk, beginning with a strong emphasis on candidate engagement, eventually progressing to a full 360-degree recruitment approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture client and candidate networks in the marketing industry
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes
- Negotiate complex client engagements
- Contribute to team targets while working collaboratively
- Promote the 3Search brand with a positive, industry-aligned presence
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a customer/client-facing role (preferably B2B-focused)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills with candidates/clients
- Pro-active mindset to meet development goals
- Ambitious thought leader in this sector—someone who drives internal/external ideas
- Someone who values psychological safety, encourages feedback, and prioritises kindness
