Recruitment Consultant – Construction or Engineering
Location: Altrincham HQ (Flexible Working Available)
Salary: £30,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (up to 40%)

The Role
You'll be responsible for developing and managing your own specialist desk, building lasting relationships with clients and candidates across the Construction or Engineering sectors. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
- Developing new business and growing existing client accounts.
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates.
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Achieving and exceeding revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous recruitment experience within Construction or Engineering.
- A successful track record in a 360 recruitment role.
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A motivated, driven, and ambitious approach.
- A desire to build a long-term career with a growing recruitment business.
