🎯 What You’ll Do You’ll manage the full recruitment process, including: Business Development: Build your own client base and partner with leading tech companies Client Consulting: Advise businesses on hiring strategy, talent markets, and growth plans Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage top tech talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and outreach Relationship Building: Develop long-term partnerships with clients and candidates Process Management: Guide both clients and candidates through the full interview process Account Management: Maintain and grow existing relationships

This is a target-driven role where your performance directly impacts your earnings and career progression. No prior recruitment experience is needed!
