Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work in partnership with hiring managers across the Group to deliver an efficient, professional and high-quality recruitment service, supporting the attraction and selection of talent across our diverse business.

As our Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping the candidate experience from initial application through to onboarding. You will coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring vacancies are managed efficiently, candidates receive a positive and engaging experience, and hiring managers are supported every step of the way.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, people-focused and passionate about delivering an outstanding recruitment experience while contributing to the continued growth and success of Woodside Logistics Group.

  • Proactively source, attract and engage high-quality candidates using a variety of recruitment channels, including job boards, social media and networking.
  • Draft, advertise and manage vacancies through the Company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment platforms.
  • Screen applications, shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct interviews where appropriate and support managers throughout the selection process.
  • Build positive relationships with candidates, providing timely communication and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Prepare and issue offers of employment, coordinate pre-employment checks and support the onboarding and induction process for new starters.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and produce regular recruitment updates and reports for management.
  • Monitor recruitment performance, including advertising effectiveness, interview attendance, time-to-hire and onboarding progress, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate the Company's Employee Referral Scheme, maintaining accurate records and liaising with Payroll to ensure eligible referral payments are processed.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by contributing to recruitment marketing campaigns, careers events, social media content and other attraction activities.
  • Assist with the ongoing development, implementation and continuous improvement of recruitment systems, processes and best practice.
  • Undertake any other recruitment or HR-related duties as reasonably required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
