About the Role
Supporting candidates throughout their bespoke recruitment journey to join the British Army as a Recruiter in Glasgow.
You will take responsibility for delivering diverse and inclusive attraction and recruiting activities in the local area. Delivering exceptional, solution-focused customer service measured against targets and candidate feedback.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Interviewing candidates and working consultatively to support them throughout their recruitment journey
- Providing an exceptional candidate experience
- Attending and leading attraction events to raise awareness of Army careers
- Collaborating with educational providers to promote Army career paths
- Managing relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Using latest social media tools to attract and engage candidates

Essential Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- Experience in providing excellent customer service
- Ability to build strong relationships and develop rapport with candidates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (IT literate)
Desirable Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- Familiarity with Army Careers and/or experience in recruitment
