Recruitment Coordinator

About the Role

Supporting candidates throughout their bespoke recruitment journey to join the British Army as a Recruiter in Glasgow.

You will take responsibility for delivering diverse and inclusive attraction and recruiting activities in the local area. Delivering exceptional, solution-focused customer service measured against targets and candidate feedback.

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Interviewing candidates and working consultatively to support them throughout their recruitment journey
  • Providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Attending and leading attraction events to raise awareness of Army careers
  • Collaborating with educational providers to promote Army career paths
  • Managing relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Using latest social media tools to attract and engage candidates

Essential Qualifications/Skills/Experience

  • Experience in providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to build strong relationships and develop rapport with candidates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (IT literate)

Desirable Qualifications/Skills/Experience

  • Familiarity with Army Careers and/or experience in recruitment
