The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll support our experienced recruiters in delivering an exceptional service to candidates and clients across some of the UK's leading Aerospace & Defence organisations.

You'll play a key role in managing candidate journeys, coordinating interviews, building relationships and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial application through to placement. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role that offers structured training, ongoing support and clear progression opportunities into Recruitment Consultant positions.

What You'll Be Doing: Speaking with candidates to understand their skills, experience and career aspirations. Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications. Building strong relationships with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders. Supporting recruiters with sourcing and screening candidates. Keeping candidate records and recruitment systems up to date. Delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the recruitment process. Working towards individual and team performance goals.

What We're Looking For: We don't expect you to have recruitment experience—we're looking for people with the right attitude and transferable skills.

You'll ideally have: Experience in sales, customer service, account management or a people-focused role. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive, organised approach with great attention to detail. Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities. A positive attitude, resilience and a willingness to learn. Strong IT skills and confidence using different systems. A team-focused mindset with a desire to build a long-term career in recruitment.
