Recruitment Coordinator
Location: London City (4 days per week in the office)

Cross Atlantic Partners is a specialist recruitment firm connecting exceptional talent with leading investment firms across the UK and the United States.
Following phenomenal growth, we're looking for a highly organised, ambitious Recruitment Coordinator to join our London team. This is an opportunity to become part of a business that is scaling rapidly, embracing AI and technology, and building a best-in-class recruitment operation.

The Role
As Recruitment Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of the business, ensuring our consultants and leadership team can deliver an exceptional experience to clients and candidates.
- You'll work closely with senior management, coordinate recruitment activity across international markets, support our AI-driven workflows, and help continuously improve our internal processes.
- No two days will be the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones in the UK and US
- Manage complex interview scheduling for clients and candidates
- Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership
- Maintain and update our CRM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Support the implementation and ongoing management of AI-powered recruitment processes
- Prepare candidate packs, interview documentation and client materials
- Assist with onboarding candidates and managing recruitment workflows
- Monitor recruitment pipelines and ensure consultants remain organised and on schedule
- Produce reports and maintain recruitment activity dashboards
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate repetitive tasks
- Support internal projects as the business continues to grow
- Help deliver an outstanding candidate and client experience at every stage of the recruitment process
